At registration, you are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a Bangladesh mobile number. This information must match the identity documents you may be required to submit during KYC verification. pk998 reserves the right to request the following documents at any time to verify your identity and payment methods:

• Government-issued photographic identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)

All Wagers placed on the pk998 Platform are final once confirmed by the system. pk998 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or void a Wager after confirmation except in the following limited circumstances:

• A technical error attributable to pk998's systems caused the Wager to be recorded incorrectly. In such cases, pk998 will void the affected Wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Balance.
• A live event is cancelled, abandoned, or suspended before a sufficient portion of play has been completed to allow settlement. Settlement rules specific to each sport are published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform.
• pk998 determines, acting reasonably, that a manifestly incorrect price or handicap was offered due to a system error. pk998 reserves the right to void affected bets and will notify the Player by email.
